1. Contract Conclusion

Before finalizing your order, step 6 of the ordering process ("Preview") allows you to review all details (e.g., name, address, payment method, and items ordered) and make necessary adjustments.

By completing the ordering process on Indohobby.In and entering the required details, you submit a binding offer to buy the goods from Indohobby.In (Pille Nutritional's Pvt. Ltd.) by clicking the "Place order" button in section "Step 6 of your order".

Your offer is accepted, and the contract is thus formed, when the ordered goods are dispatched. The contract comes into existence with the dispatch of the goods you have ordered. We may request proof of identification in certain cases and reserve the right to decline the contract.

Your order details are stored electronically. If you wish for a printed copy, you can print the "Order confirmation" displayed on your screen after placing your order. If you have given us your email address, you will also receive all relevant order details via email, which can be printed out as well.

2. Cancellation Rights and Return Policy

As our esteemed customer, you have the unconditional right to cancel your contract within 7 days of delivery without needing to provide any reasons. To meet this deadline, simply return the purchased goods online or send a return request by email, phone, or fax within the 7-day period to:

If you return the purchased goods online, the sales contract is voided, and you will be reimbursed once the returned goods are received.
